What is Share2Solve
At share2solve you can find and connect with people working on service innovations
share2solve is a place where you can find other professionals working on service innovations. s2s-member can be a service owner or developer, a service innovation consultant, a researcher, an academic or a student. s2s-members can be seen as enablers or early practitioners of cutting edge service innovation practices and methods.
s2s-members focus on applying human centric research, ethnography and design in service context
We believe that more emphasis needs to be put on the early phases in the service innovation process. This means...
- involving customers and customer service representatives throughout the development process
- applying human centric qualitative research methods (e.g. ethnography) for gaining better customer undestanding or customer insight
- holistic approach, crossing disciplines and collaborative working methods for better customer experience
- design thinking and methods (e.g. visualising) that are applied in service context
- service prototyping, testing, trials to demonstrate the feasibility of ideas and service concepts
In public sector the pre-commercial procurement activities are one of the key issues for better and more efficient public services and service innovations.
Structure of www.share2solve.org
share2solve-site is divided into different s2s-themes, which can opened to support
- a service innovation project
- a research project
- round table activities
Each s2s-theme contains an introduction section, discussion forums (public and closed/invitation only) and a knowledge base.
An introduction section describes what the project or the round table is about.
A discussion forum is meant to be the place where s2s-members share and exchange their experiences, problems, ideas and solutions with other service innovation professionals. Discussions forum can be used e.g. for project problem solving via crowdsourcing or between project team members.
A knowledge base is used for publishing and sharing the success stories and best practices to others. Knowledge base can be e.g. a project diary or a set of best practices that are co-created and published in a book format by project teams or service innovation round table members.
